This is Ohioans to Stop Executions, where every day we work toward making the criminal justice system fairer until the day we repeal the death penalty altogether.
Ohioans may not agree on whether or not we should have a death penalty, but we can agree on some other things. We shouldn’t execute innocent people. We shouldn’t let someone’s race or their street address determine whether they’re sent to death row. OTSE is committed to implementing the recommendations from the Supreme Court Joint Task Force so we can ensure fairness and accuracy.
