Exoneree and Murder Victims Family Member Speak on Courage @ McCoy Room in Kelley Center | Wilmington | Ohio | United States

Charles Keith and Derrick Jamison will be speaking at 6 pm in the McCoy Room on Monday, February 9. This presentation is open to the public.

Charles Keith worked to overturn his brother Kevin’s death sentence, which was commuted by Gov. Ted Strickland in 2011. He has also experienced the murder of a family member. He was one of several speakers who were at Wilmington Friends Meeting in early October to speak on behalf of the recommendations made by the Ohio Supreme Court Joint Task Force to Review the Administration of Ohio’s Death Penalty.

Derrick Jamison was exonerated in 2005 after spending 17 years on Ohio’s death row. More about Derrick’s story.
